Non-dual therapy: from suffering to clarity
How many times have I thought that life could be lived differently? That I no longer want to meet the same problems again and again — to understand them and still not resolve them. I am tired of suffering; I have had enough. I am ready to break free from this cycle — to finally know myself as the person I have always wanted to be.
My name is Nikita Vorobey, and I help people take that step forward — those who believe that life does not have to be filled with suffering.

What I work with
- Moving out of difficult states where psychology alone may not be enough.
- Recognising your deepest desires and values — what do I actually want?
- Finding self-sufficiency and confidence in your own strength.
- Creating new meaning in an existential crisis: when it seems you have everything, yet the emptiness remains.
You set the request and the depth of the work. If you want to go further, I am ready to help you come closer to realising your true Self — which is the essence of my practice and its ultimate aim.
I believe that any task or circumstance in life is resolved from within. When you begin to see yourself clearly — without pretence, as the one you truly are — life too becomes clear and understandable. And suddenly you find that difficulties dissolve and problems seem to «resolve themselves». Relationships, career and life as a whole — everything begins to realign around the new inner state.

I describe my own path in detail here.
Alongside this, I have completed training in the following areas:
- Coach training under the ICF-accredited Level 2 (PCC) programme.
- Non-Dual Therapy training with the master Nukunu Larsen, who awakened under enlightened masters in northern India.
*I am not a doctor or a psychotherapist, and I do not work with mental disorders or health problems (physical conditions, severe depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, psychosis, and so on). I do, however, work with spiritual and existential crises that are not a matter of pathology.
What people say after working together
I want to express my deep gratitude to Nikita for the remarkable journey of self-discovery he helped me through. Thanks to his work, I was able to truly understand myself and my true nature — this opened new possibilities for me and changed my life for the better. <…> I especially want to note Nikita’s style of work — careful, deep and full of respect. He masterfully asks precise questions that bring complete clarity even in the most tangled situations.
Full review →It looks like an ordinary conversation between two people, yet Nikita always had powerful, finely-tuned tools. <…> Every conversation both enlightened me and lifted me with a sense of freedom, opening new facets of simple, well-worn truths I had heard a hundred times — but now in a new light: the light of practical application in my own specific life situations. <…> What I value is that he did not make me dependent on him, but taught me how to do this for myself from then on. As a result, it felt as though I had figured everything out on my own, and Nikita simply supported me and was there. <…> Most importantly — now everything in my life has found its place, been put to use and still works to this day! My strength of spirit and self-confidence have grown many times over, and now I know how to keep and multiply this every day.

How does a session go? What exactly will we do?
We get on a call and turn our cameras on. You share what brought you and what you want. I ask questions to clarify the current situation and understand where we should move.
Then, depending on where you are now and where you want to be, we begin to move across the map of your life. No templates. I use precise questions and methods that stir awareness and return you to presence in the here-and-now.
This leads to a shift in perception, and you see yourself and your situation anew. Inner conflicts resolve and more freedom opens up for new action. It is an expansion of consciousness — I have become larger than my problem.
How does non-dual therapy differ from psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy lives at the meeting point of conventional medicine and psychology. It treats mental disorders and resolves personal problems using methods approved by the Western academic community. The therapist’s task is to strengthen the psyche and improve quality of life.
Non-dual therapy, despite its name, is not about treatment, because it does not use the notion of a disorder. Instead it starts from the premise that our true nature is always whole and available. Here, therapy is the path to that realisation: once we reach this core, we discover that old pain is powerless. It is a peak experience, after which we remember that we are something far greater than our suffering, and it loses its grip. My task is to make that path easier and then to teach you to return to this experience on your own.
Are you a psychologist? How is your approach different from psychology?
I am not a psychologist. A psychologist has specialised training in contemporary concepts of the human psyche, on the basis of which they offer support and recommendations. And although I have broad knowledge of psychology, in my work I hardly use psychological concepts at all. Instead I look at the situation with a blank slate, where together we explore your reality and create, in our work, what is useful and valuable specifically for you.
My approach is my own. It has two main wings: coaching techniques and spiritual depth. The first I studied and honed in working with people. The second I lived through in my own experience, and later grounded it in the teachings of the East and in work with Nukunu, who studied under masters such as Osho, Papaji (a direct disciple of Ramana Maharshi) and Himalayan representatives of the Sacha lineage — great spiritual teachers of India.
Can you advise me on my relationships?
I do not know how you should live. Only one person knows that — you. Even when life sometimes feels so hard that there seems to be no way out. Or when you are completely lost and do not know what to do. I have been in situations like that, came through them, and from my own experience I tell you: everything you need to resolve life’s difficulties is already within you. So my work is not to consult and give advice, but to help you reach the level of awareness that lets you find your own answers and solutions.
How do I know I can trust you?
You don’t. Trust is not born from text on a website. You discover it in living contact: that is why I offer a free 20-minute call, where you will see how I work and decide for yourself. It is entirely your own choice. For my part, I promise high ethical standards, complete confidentiality, and respect for whatever you decide.
