This page describes what data truecoaching.me processes and why. We respect your privacy: the site shows no ads and does not sell your data to third parties. We only collect the information you choose to provide in the contact form, alongside basic anonymized analytics to improve the site.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Nikita (truecoaching.me). For any questions about your data, use the form on the Contact page.

What data is processed

• Contact form: your name, a way to reach you (email, Telegram or WhatsApp) and your message. This is delivered to me as an email via the Resend service and kept as ordinary correspondence. It is not stored in any site database.
• Bot protection: forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile — Cloudflare processes technical connection data to verify you are human.
• Rate limiting: when you submit a form, your IP address is stored briefly for spam protection and is deleted automatically.

Cookies

The site may use essential cookies for security (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) and basic cookies for server-side analytics. We do not use aggressive marketing trackers.

Who else processes data

The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure (hosting, bot protection); emails are delivered by Resend. Both act as data processors and do not use the data for their own purposes.

Analytics and Pixel

The site uses Google Analytics and Google Pixel. To protect your data from direct transfer to third-party corporations, both services are connected through our own proxy router. This means analytics are collected in an anonymized form (via server-side routing) solely to understand how the site is used, without directly installing third-party trackers in your browser.
